The return period is 30 days after you receive the products. It is not possible to return washed, used or damaged products. In this case, no fee or change can be made.

You can send your orders to us FREE of charge via selected company cargo on behalf of Baby Fou.

The return process is completed within 2-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product (if the product complies with the return conditions).

Orders placed are shipped the next day. Although cargo delivery time varies depending on the delivery address, it is 2 business days within Istanbul and 3 business days outside Istanbul.

When your order is delivered to cargo, you will receive an information e-mail, and then you will continue to receive information about the process via SMS and e-mail.

Cargo delivery is not made on public holidays.

You can pay for your orders with all bank cards or money transfer method.
